Ecco un video spettacolare che mostra il sistema operativo di un iPod Touch montato su uno schermo da 24 pollici.
Sentendo i pareri degli altri blogger, si tratta di un fake, o meglio viene utilizzata l’uscita video per simulare l’interazione col monitor ma in realtà dovrebbe esserci un’altra persona che controlla il tutto da un vero iPod Touch. Qualche cavo si nota ma la cosa più improbabile riguarda la rotazione delle immagini in galleria su di un monitor sprovvisto di accelerometro, per cui mi trovo d’accordo con gli altri.
Resta proprio un bel video, anche molto simpatico, e penso che a tutti noi piacerebbe averlo in casa.. magari al posto dell’Hi-FI =D
L’operatore americano AT&T, attraverso una nota interna indirizzata agli addetti alle vendite, specifica che da ora in poi, chiunque ordini un iPhone 3G S, non potrà averlo per la data di lancio del 19 Giugno.
Nella nota, AT&T, inoltre, informa che gli ordini effettuati dopo il 13 Giugno, verranno evasi entro 7-14 giorni dalla data di richiesta.
Quindi, coloro i quali hanno effettuato il pre-ordine in tempo, potranno ritirare il loro iPhone a partire dalle 7 del mattino. Gli altri invece saranno costretti ad attendere i tempi di approvigionamento oppure il lancio globale che partirà alle 8 del mattino del 19 Giugno.
Si profila una lunga giornata per gli appassionati.
One of the longest awaited features of the iPhone is copy and paste. It works really well but does not work in all apps as claimed by Apple in the most recent announcement at the WWDC 2009 Keynote. Just hold down your finger to get the magnifying glass and place the cursor where you want to copy. When you let go you’ll get the option to Select, Select All, and Paste. It’s really easy to highlight what you want to copy, just drag the beginning and end points around until the text you want is selected. And, if you want more text selected, like from a web page, just drag up or down until the highlighted area turns into a box. Then drag the whole box around what you want highlighted.
A very nice feature is the clipboard holds rich text and pictures. Depending on where you are pasting it, you can paste font color, size, pictures, etc. that is pulled from email or a website. There are many webpages that I’m not able to copy from and they are usually the ones specifically formatted for an iPhone. Not sure why this is but the copy feature doesn’t even show up.
Copy and paste also works within the Messages app (formerly Text app). This allows you to copy an entire bubble of text and forward it or paste anywhere. You can also undo any step of cut, copy and paste by shaking your device to get an undo menu. Finally, you can also copy images or links from websites, mail or your Photo app.
Copy and paste and many other features are part of the new 3.0 firmware that will be released on June 17th. You can update your existing iPhone or iPod Touch then through the upgrade button in iTunes. It will be free for iPhones and $9.99 for the iPod Touch. All future devices sold should have the 3.0 firmware preinstalled.

Apple, est d'ores et déjà annoncé comme ne pouvant être livré par
ATT / Apple le jour de sa sortie pour les clients qui l'ont réservés à
partir du 13 Juin.
La solution sera donc pour les américains d'aller directement dans
une boutique dès l'ouverture pour se le procurer.
Alors verra-t-on des queues semblables à celles des précédents
lancements ? Cela n'est pas garanti, l'iPhone 3GS s'annonçant plus comme une évolution
qu'une révolution. A moins que de nombreux acheteurs tentés par l'iPhone
n'aient ces derniers mois différés leurs achats en attendant
la nouvelle version ?
Qui a essayé de réserver son iPhone déjà ? Qui va aller se

AT&T in poco più di 3 giorni ha già ricevuto un numero elevato di prenotazioni che supera addirittura quello degli iPhone 3G S disponibili.
Tutti gli utenti americani che continuano a prenotare il nuovo iPhone vengono infatti avvertiti che non potranno ritirarlo nello stesso giorno del lancio, poichè le primissime scorte sono già terminate o comunque abbinate ad altre persone.
Riceveranno quindi una mail (nei 7 o 14 giorni succesivi) nella quale verranno informati circa lo stato dell’ordine.
A quanto pare anche quest’anno il nuovo iPhone venderà tanto in USA. In Italia invece la questione non è ancora chiara a causa del prezzo. Continuo a ricevere email che parlano di 699€ per l’iPhone da 32GB e 599€ per il modello da 16GB ma altri informatori sostengono che il prezzo finale sarà di 499 e 569€ proprio come gli attuali 3G.. Staremo a vedere!
Che ci fosse qualcosa che non andasse ce n’eravamo già accorti qualche giorno fa, ma adesso si aggiunge un altro mistero sulla reale capacità della batteria dell’iPhone 3Gs. All’interno del sito istituzionale della società, infatti, c’è un po’ di confusione.
Andando nella pagina generale del telefono, nella sezione panoramica, notiamo che l’autonomia della batteria è di 300 ore, mentre nella pagina delle specifiche tecniche è segnalata per 277 ore.
Come mai questa differenza? Apple non voleva far notare che le batterie del 3G e del 3Gs sono uguali e che quest’ultimo consuma in realtà di più? Per questioni di marketing non vuole far balzare all’occhio il fatto che non ha utilizzato una batteria più potente? O semplicemente c’è stato un errore nel riportare i dati?
Al momento resta un mistero, ma speriamo di ricevere presto la soluzione.

Pour les anciens clients, comme l'an dernier, possibilité d'avoir l'iPhone
3GS au prix d'une ouverture de ligne à condition d'avoir
2400 points. Pour ceux qui sont juste en dessous, il y aura
peut -être moyen de négocier avec le service clients d'Orange si vous n'êtes
pas engagé pour très longtemps chez eux, sinon vous devrez payer le terminal au
prix fort.
Les agences Photo-Service ne pourraient pas vous mettre les 2400 pts même
avec la plus bonne volonté du monde. Il faudra appeler le service client Orange
même pour négocier vos points.
